Happy Monday folks! After a fabulous weekend here in the Northeast, I spent a little time creating a layout based on this week’s inspiration challenge. I love it when I record event soon after they happen, don’t you? First, I’ll have to show you the inspiration piece – I took this from Rachel Ray’s Everyday magazine – lots of fun stuff in there, not just he food! This article caught my eye – it actually spans two pages – the 2nd page is filled with instagram photos but I decided to stick with one for my inspiration:
Doesn’t that make you want to whip out your phone and start snapping? Unfortunately I didn’t find it until the weekend was almost over so I had to make do with the photos I had – I think it would be even more fun with more instagram photos. Here’s my interpretation:
Supplies from Designer Digitals.
Have you been scrapping much lately? Taking photos? I have to admit that I haven’t been taking as many photos lately, saying that I’m going to “live in the moment” but it makes me a little sad after the fact, not having more photos to remember the experiences! Have you ever felt that way?
As always, please leave a link/comment if you create something inspired by my posts – I love to hear from you!
Oh, clever you! I looooove maps in any form…this is brilliant! I fell your pain on not taking as many photos. My solution has been to have certain outings that are all about the photos and others where I deliberately leave the camera at home. So far it’s been working great!
That is a brilliant page! I find that I am starting to drown in photos! It’s no point having so many that you don’t have time to organize them. As much as it is important to practice photography, I think in the long run less is more!
Wonderfully clever! I’d need to do some fiddling around for this, but might give it a go. I still need to sort out my hundreds of photos!
