Happy Monday everybody! It’s time for another new ad inspiration challenge – I love the large title spanning the width of the large photo. Those big chunky white letters really pack a punch! I also like the strip of small photos below – the perfect way to add some additional details to your page.
I decided to use one of our vacation photos with a sign in the background to double as the main photo and title. Although, I think I’d like to do a whole other layout using this ad for inspiration — I really want to mimic those giant title letters!
Full supply list can be found at Designer Digitals.
I’m thinking of mixing things up for this challenge in the future. I’ll still continue with the ad inspiration once a month but find inspiration in other places (book covers, movie posters, cd covers) for the other weeks – I’ll probably switch over to the new format in March. Let me know what you think – I’d love to hear from you. As always, I LOVE to see what you’ve made using these ads for inspiration – link me up if you do! {Keep ’em coming Suzy 😉 }
I like this one a lot! I really enjoy your eye for these inspirations and I’m sure whatever type of media you choose to use will work just great! TFS!
Thanks Peg! I’m happy to hear that you are enjoying them!
OK, the letters are great but I am REALLY all over the colors! LOVE the colors, the bright blue and orange, and with the white title, really pops! Clever use of the sign…I’m with you, gotta revisit this challenge again, it’s a keeper. 🙂
Yeah, I’m with you on the colors. They’re just happy!
Paula, I keep meaning to tell you that I’ve used several of your ad inspirations lately! I’ve just been a slacker at posting layouts on my blog. But! You find such great ads that’ve been helpful to me and as soon as I stop being a slacker I will point them out!
Delighted to hear that Amy! Please do let me know if you get around to posting them 🙂
