Ever since the earthquake, Haiti has never been far from my mind. I felt a personal connection because my fellow Designer Digitals creative team member Christina lives at Port Au Prince – I think about her every day living with the devastation, worrying about family and friends. Having met Christina last year I know what a caring person she is but I am constantly amazed at her strength and her determination in her efforts to help her fellow Haitians in this time of need. The design team at Designer Digitals got together to create the Help Haiti Collaborative Collection a beautiful kit with oodles of papers, embellies, a very cool acrylic alpha and more. 100% of the proceeds for this kit will be give to Mercy Corp. Here’s a page I made using Cathy Zielske‘s layered template included in the kit.

My goodness!!! I went to high school at Lycee Francais d'Haiti with Christina!!
I'm half Haitian and I lived in P-au-P for about 9 years.
I hadn't seen her in ages and I had no idea she scrapped too.
What a beautiful thing DD is doing with this kit.
I definitely will get mine and tell everyone about it.
My dad and most of his side of my family live in P-au-P and it has been a nightmare of those of us unable to got to Haiti in this time of need.
Your page is gorgeous!
I'm with you…and I'm so glad the world seems to be rallying together to help Haiti, which has been through so much or so long. The page is fabulous, of course, and a beautiful response to the crisis, very reflective of the kind of person you are. Thanks for letting us know about the kit!
that is a great idea 😀
