Caardvarks and Core’dinations have teamed up for a blog hop — you can find all the details here about how you can be entered into a drawing to receive a SUPER Assortment of Core’dinations Color Core Cardstock each day of the blog hop!
I made a card for the blog hop using only Core’dinations paper and an embellishment by Evalicious.
I had a lot of fun with this one — I used a Cuttlebug swiss dot folder on some color core blue cardstock for the background. Then I used some Vintage orange in my Fiskars crimper for that strips. I used another Cuttlebug embossing folder for the sentiment on a label that I cut using Spellbinder’s Nestabilities (large oval). I finished it off with a Spellbinders Shapeabilities Nested bird using Whitewash paper. Oh and a Kaisercraft pearl. It’s super simple but I think it’s one of my favorite cards ever!
Don’t forget, there is still time to leave a comment on my blog post for a chance to win a Scrap This Kit kit! I’ll be doing the drawing on Thursday.
Oh, so sweet. I love the dotty embossed paper. It reminds me of those super soft blankies you can get for babies.
I loved seeing your card on the Caarvark blog and I also love to use the crimper – it is so fun.
I just love this! The texures and colors are fab!
I love the simplicity of this card and the nice touch using the embossed paper. Very cute. I am going to scraplift this one.
Wow!! Thanks for sharing! Your creativitiy has inspired me to share my love of stamping with all my friends.
