Check me out in 1974. How cute am I? I just love looking back at old photos and I love it even more when I have an incentive to scrap them. I did this layout for the Heritage Challenge at Designer Digitals – can you believe that heritage now includes the 1970s? Shocking!
I’m sure when I ask my mother she will have a good explanation as to why I am wearing two different dresses during the course of the party. There must be a very good reason 😉
Some news for Kraft Girl kit fans — Pam is having a design team call. I LOVE being on the KGK team and I’m thrilled to be staying for another term! You can get all the details of the call here. The call ends July 10th so go get your entry in!
Michelle Houghton’s doodling class started Monday at Get It Scrapped but you can check out her free warm-up doodling class to see what’s it’s like. She walks you through the techniques so you’ll be doodling like a pro in no time!
Finally, I will leave you with a litte Core’dinations. I mentioned before that I’m liking those EK Success punches, didn’t I? Perhaps I went a little overboard with this one 😉 And hey, I finally used some American Crafts flair! Go me!
This was taken almost 2 years ago now – where does the time go?
Paula I totally, loved how you mimicked the bathing suit in the photo. Really cute!!
I love both layouts (for different reasons) 🙂 And I wish I had the time to apply to the Kraft Girls DT because I love their kts but my plate is a little full right now 🙂 Cheerio!
Wonderful layouts! Funny – my boys have always shared a birthday and so don't my niece and nephew — so they thought EVERY sibling shared a birthday and were soooo confused when they found out that wasn't the case!
I have a package of Flair right next to my desk. Dying to use it. And I love how you used those punches!
I can't wait to hear the reason for the costume change during your party. Diva moment? Major cake catastophe? 🙂 Let us know!
hey we're vintage! lol! great layout!
These are wonderful pages!
Great page – love the graph paper on the bright patterned paper. Love the gloggles!
