That was my challenge this week for the How Much Is Too Much blog. I challenged people to take 20 items out of their stash and to use it on their layout or purge. I actually ended up using 20 items on my layout and purging tons of stuff in the process! I really dug deep into my stash for old patterned paper — some ancient KI (love that stuff) and my all time favorite Scenic Route (the word paper)
I also used one of Pattie Knox’s text bytes (#21) for my journaling – I like how that shape looks and balances the layout.

My latest review is up at The Scrap Review also – this time I reviewed the new EK Success slim punches. They were a lot of fun and I can see that I would be using them a lot in the future. Here are a few cards I made using the Zig Zag stitch punch, some Core’dinations and some Piggy Tales patterned papers and rubons.

Oh and before I forget — I’m chatting tonight at Get It Scrapped. It’s my monthly chat on Inspiration. This time I’m joined by Get It Scrapped teacher Michelle Houghton who is currently teaching the Oodles of Doodles class. She does some pretty cool stuff. Tonight we’re going to talk about Art as our inspiration.

And finally, I’m going to wrap up with my latest hybrid challenge – cards. Apparently I’m getting into cards lately – yeah, I’m as shocked as you about that!! 😮 I’m getting head start on Father’s Day (no peeking Dad!):

Used some of my favorite colors here – can’t go too far wrong with green and blue – am I right? 🙂
