I can’t believe half the day has gone by and I’ve only now realized that it is June 1st! Lots of things going on today – reveal day at Kraft Girl kits, the start of the week long raffle at The Scrap Review, and the launch of write.click.scrapbook. You MUST go check them all out!
Here are my KGK layouts for this month –
I had those photos printed out for months but never figured out how to scrap them until I got this kit and bingo! they got scrapped almost immediately. Isn’t that strange? I just love that Basic Grey paper – circles are so much fun 🙂
I’ll have to admit that I sighed when I saw the Jenni Bowlin shaped paper in this kit. You see, I find die cut shaped paper very challenging but I loved how this turned out. I LOVE that orange paper – isn’t it fun? And it’s always a bonus to get photos scrapped so soon after an event — this was from our duck tour around Boston a couple of weeks ago. Good times.
I rarely do enlargements, I’m more a fan of white space, but this picture really needed to be big in order to get the full effect of the crazy dragon head and the two little girls. This was another photo that I printed out months ago (last November if I remember correctly!) and it was sitting on my desk until now. I love how it looks with this paper. Check it out — I pleated ribbon a la Mle!Finally a card – I apologize for the bluriness, I’m not sure what happened. I was inspired a Stampin Up stamp that I have that said “best fishes”. I always thought that was funny and when I saw this Cosmo Cricket paper I decided to use that idea on a card.
That’s all from me for now. I’ve got to start working on my next review for The Scrap Review — here’s a little hint — it’s on certain punches. Stay tuned!
It is impossible to believe it is June 1st!!! LOVING your creations! What fun photos.
Wow Paula that Dragon ride phot is sensational, and way to really make it a focal point.
In my very best Michael Anthony Hall/Sixteen Candles voice: "Very hot! Very hot!"
Wonderful pages!!!! I love them all!!!
Damn girl! You are gooooood! Can we just publish a book of your layouts and get it over with? Gotta wipe the drool off the keyboard now…
You are just amazing Paula. I love what you did with the Duck page!
