Monday is a very busy day around here – pub ad challenge day (check out the thread in the pub), new HMITM, and my very first article for the Scrap Review went live today!
For HMITM #102, and in honor of St. Patrick’s day Francine challenged us to use 17 green items on a layout. I kinda fudged it a little (but not much) – I used a few different green pps and counted each one as a green item. The inspiration for this layout came from the American Crafts animals – it’s pretty silly but true – the only animals that I really feel comfortable with are stuffed ones!
The journaling on a curve, or shape is something that I am going to cover in my hybrid tutorial tomorrow at Get It Scrapped. If there are any hybrid topics that you would like to learn more about please let me know and I’ll work them into a tutorial some week.
On to more digital matters. My first article for the Scrap Review, covers the differences between Photoshop Elements and it’s more expensive big sister Photoshop 🙂 I made a couple of layouts one with Photoshop CS4 and one with Photoshop Elements 7. Can you tell which one was made with which software? Check out the article for the answer!
