The February Kraft Girl kits are available now! I had a lot of fun with this kit — here are my layouts:
I used last week’s pub ad for inspiration for that one and I cut out around the flowers. I’m still proud of those braids – they hardly ever come out that well for me!

That one is about my attempts to take photos of the grandkid for Nana and Papa. You’d think with only 4 kids (and no babies) that it would be easy but not so much! I used my Slice Noteworthy cartridge to cut the title from patterned paper and then pop-dotted it. I’m addicted to pop-dots lately!

I’ve been meaning to do a layout about the kitchen since we finished it. It’s my pride and joy! It’s so nice to be able to go into my kitchen without shuddering! Isn’t the Bazzill dot cardstock wonderful?

I nearly used every since scrap of paper and embellishment that came with this kit!

Here’s a few other tidbits about the kits:

  • The contest for February is a sketch contest, more about it on the blog.
  • There is a sale going on for the October and November kits, 25% off if you buy one, if you buy both of them they are 35% off each kit.
  • All new subscriptions get a free Maya Road chipboard album.

I’ll be back tomorrow with my layout for the hybrid challenge on Debbie Hodge’s site!
