Scrapping myself…I try to do it. I sometimes feel it’s self-indulgent, another page with yet another photo of me (particularly since I only like photos taken of me from a certain angle — my good side 😉 ) but I’ve been looking at different ways of accomplishing the same thing. Debbie Hodge has some great ideas in her “Scrap Yourself” class that has just started — I’m sure you could still sign up if you are still interested.
I did this layout for this week’s ad challenge, combined with the journaling challenge — to scrap about a vacation. I just used the idea of vacation as a starting off point, really the layout is about why we take the same vacation every year, and why I think it’s important. Basically it’s all about me 🙂 The scan is a little wonky because of the dimension — just pretend it’s all straight.
Supplies are from the July Studio Calio kit – Making Memories paper and stickers, Technique Tuesday tiles (love them!), Scrapworks alpha and KI Memories button. I added in some 7Gs stickers and Pink Paislee paper too.
