Really I do. But then I forget to blog and only remember to do it at times that I can’t get near a computer. So here I am. It’s hot here and we’ve been spending our days at a local beach. The kids love it and I’m happy when they are happy. Oh and the fact that I can sit in the shade makes me happy too – this Irish girl would melt after too much time in the sun.

On to some scrapiness – first some paper layouts:-

I watched my nephews the other day and made some interesting observations about the cousins interacting. Alike is about the oldest and the youngest cousins. I’ve got an idea for another layout about the other two – the middle, crazier pair 🙂

Molly said this to me a few weeks ago and I knew as soon as it happened that I wanted to record it. So often my kids say the cutest things and then I don’t remember them by the next month. That’s one reason to love scrapbooking – now when she’s whining and being a general pain, I can look at this layout and think about the sweetest thing she said to me. Everything is by American Crafts, except for the cardstock.

After playing with paper for a little while I always feel like I need to do a little digi. As soon as I saw this new template (no 17) by Ali Edwards I got a crazy idea to do a layout about my hair throughout the years. Pretty goofy eh? But it was fun to dig up different photos. I thought the whole thing would take much longer (scanning etc) but it really didn’t. Gah, can you believe those perms? 😮 Credits

And this week’s pub ad challenge. I loved this one so much that I think I’ll have to do another version. Circles are so much fun!
