I had forgotten how crazy Spring can be. Now that the snow is finally gone, everyone has taken to the great outdoors. For the next few months we’ll be living and breathing baseball. One of my favorite Spring activities is the local Pole Capping event, where local Minuteman re-enact a tradition from Colonial times. It coincides with Opening Day for baseball which means the family divides and conquers – girls watching the parade, boys off to baseball. We did have a little intermingling where the two worlds collided – check out the photo below.
