3 more days until I go away to the Denver ScrapPink event! I’m so excited to go to Colorado, I’ve never been before. I get to see Vivian and Emily and of course all the Scrapbook Destination crew (MK, Houston, Christyn and Rachel) AND I get to meet Lisa. How is that so many fabulous scrappers live so close to each other? Hmm? I’m super excited about having travel companions this time (yaay for Suzy and Debi) – having a buddy makes air-travel so much more bearable.

Last weekend I taught my first official class (I’ve just given informal classes up until now) at Right at Home scrapbooking in North Attleboro. It was such a wonderful experience! The ladies who attended were so nice and were very excited about getting more pages done, they liked the simple designs (yaay!) and were happy to hang out and chat. I’d definitely like to do it again. This is another one of the layouts from the class.

I just got some happy mail today – the fall issue of Scrapbook & Cards today. My buddy Kimber‘s layout is on the cover – isn’t it adorable? I have a layout inside in the sketch section – I loved how this one came out – I stamped, stitched and used some of my favorite products on this layout (Technique Tuesday tiles as a home for the title, my all-time favorite chipboard alpha from Basic Grey, and October Afternoon paper-sigh!).

Hmm…a bit too fond of the kraft perhaps, but what can I say, it goes with everything!

But there’s more! I’m starting a very fun new challenge on Debbie Hodge‘s site TOMORROW! It’s a hybrid challenge, so if you dabble in a little digi but don’t want to give up paper you might like to try it! There’s also going to be prizes! I’m giving away a pack of Scenic Route papers so come on and play along.
