Happy Tuesday! Another quick and easy inspiration for this week – ripped from Better Homes and Gardens, which has been arriving in my mailbox since Scrapbooks Etc’s demise ( cue sad face 🙁  )

I knew I wanted to use this inspiration piece since last week – I could see the layout in my head but I wasn’t sure about the subject matter. Now that I have a little distance, I’ve decided to go ahead and scrap the event. My son had a run in with some poison ivy and is apparently very allergic. We had a rough few days where his face was swollen beyond belief. One eye was closed because of the swelling. He’s all better now, so we’re happy to have a good story to tell, and a few lessons we’ve learned.

He’s fine now, a little worse for wear (too much scratching) but otherwise fine. What’s up in your world?
