Or what passes for it! This week has flown by – I can’t believe that this day last week I was walking the floors at CHA. Meeting so many people and seeing so many things tends to throw me off balance a little but I’m pretty proud of how long I lasted — I tend to be overwhelmed by crowds and noise. I was sorry to leave to early on Sunday because I wanted to go back and all the booths I had missed the previous 2 days. And to take more photos – I’m bummed that I didn’t get photos of more people and more product. I did however reach an impressive milestone while I was there. I took photo number 20,000 with my trusty Canon digital rebel!
It’s a photo of the October Afternoon both – in particular the Weathervane line. I actually did that layout with the photo of Emily Pitts and her younger brother – she provided the photo of course. It was pretty exciting to see a layout of mine on display at CHA!
Speaking of Emily, I did this layout for Wendy‘s 3 kits 3 ways challenge over on the Designer Digitals blog. I love how Wendy calls out my mad one handed photography skills – LOL!
Credits can be seen: here.
It just wouldn’t be me if I didn’t do a few challenges during the week. Here’s this week’s HMITM – use 25 stickers on a page (easy peasy).
October Afternoon patterned papers, Bazzill cardstock, KI alpha stickers, 7G stickers and Studio Calico stamp. I’m getting into stamping!
And one more. This week’s Journaler’s Junction challenge: statistics, and with a pretty liberal interpretation of the theme here is mine:
More October Afternoon papers and diecuts. AC thickers and Studio Calico stamp. I’ve gotten very fond of my edge distressor as well!
oh boy, does CHA look like a blast! and LOVE your layouts of course!
I really like all those layout Ms. Paula. I have to say that I was loving to my edge distresser too, then … it ran off, I spent a good half an hour looking for it today, but alas it’s MIA.
Hope you have a great weekend!
The layout of you and em is wonderful. Confession: My tonic edge distresser lives with my knitting supplies, I might have to return it to it’s home after seeing this page. 🙂
great layouts! i think that last one is my favorite. yay for edge distressers. i wore out my first one . . . 😀
LOVE the layouts and your one-handed photography skills rock! it was so good to see you again at cha, wish it could have been longer. hugs, rachel
love the layouts (of course)…and love OA, and Emily! (of course x2)
You rock it out. Cool stuff.
