I just realized something about myself today. When presented with problems or difficult situations I tend to catastrophize initially. I get upset. I do the “why me?” I think it is the worst thing that could possibly happen. But later on, given time to process the situation I come up with solutions, plans to turn those situations around. And I’m glad I’ve realized that. Hopefully in the future I will spend less time getting upset and more time getting rid of the problem.
As for problems with other people? It depends. If a person gets under my skin then yes, they will have troubles with me. I’m quiet and sweet but if I’m provoked you better watch out! I’m mean!
